Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our candles and wax melts, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@cooks-haven.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used candles or melts.
- Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow burning instructions.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us promptly to process a cancellation and refund.
